    • Fittings & Outlet Verification
      We test all accessible power points, light switches, and light fittings across the property for earth continuity, correct polarity, and visible signs of physical damage or degradation.
    • Landlord-Supplied Appliance Testing
      We safely inspect and test all fixed electrical appliances provided by the landlord, including electric ovens, cooktops, space heaters, and hot water units.
